DescriptionPottery wheel is our most popular program! Each student has the use of a wheel, and classes are small. To participate in Pottery Level 2, you must first complete at least 6 pottery classes (one Level 1 course series) through JB Arts, or be able to center and make basic forms. This class is focusing on more developed pots, texture, adding sculpture, decorations, finishing at different stages and creating more refined and unique pieces! We'll also practice advanced glazing techniques and finishes. This course is 6 weeks, including 4 wheel classes and 2 glazing classes. All supplies and firing are included! You will get dirty. We highly recommend you trim fingernails short, tie back long hair, wear closed-toe shoes and no hanging drawstrings. |
