Description  

This class is for beginners to novice painters. Maybe you have tried painting in oils but want to know about acrylics… maybe you had a wonderful time at a paint-night and want to see what else you can do if you tried.  This class often sees students who want to paint socially, who just need a bit of guidance or a difference in perspective.  Either way you will have fun, learn something new and be creative!

In this class, immerse yourself in acrylic and/or oil painting. Learn theory, colour, composition and how to use different brushstrokes to create different effects. Try working with different painting surfaces, mediums and brushes so you can have the confidence to paint on your own!

You can follow along with the lesson plan, or bring your own ideas to class and paint what YOU want to paint.

Guidance is provided at all skill levels.

There is currently only one time-slot for this class but there is a pure Acrylic class offered as well.
