Description
Truthfully watercolour is a series of natural effects and accidents that become techniques when you can use them in a place on your painting where you want them. Talent is developed through practice, knowing how all of those accidents can work together to make the painting you want. In this class, we will learn to use watercolour expressively while building creatively on earlier layers with more controlled details. Learn how to develop from our “mistakes” and practice pulling our pictures together to the level we are proud of. We will specifically cover these 6 areas over 2-3 paintings while learning many other watercolour skills along the way. This class includes a watercolour pad to keep.

4 Class #4: Effects, textures and masking
5 Class #5: Making dark contrast work first
Class #6: Fix your work with mixed media and learn what to to first next time
