Description  

Painting for Kids with local artist Trina Ganson

In this creative course we will explore painting with fun projects each week. Students will be encouraged to work at their own pace and skill level to create unique and interesting pieces to take home.

We will learn the basics of colour theory, composition, and various painting techniques. We'll try acrylic, watercolour, and mixed media. Each class will include a warm up session to practice skills and get into the creative spirit!

Cartooning is a fun and silly way to let your imagination take over! Young cartoonists will be encouraged to try out different ideas, drawing styles, as well as collaborating with others. As they explore their creative style they will be building on their drawing skills.
